Suggest to me an easy to use colour picker?

An easy to use colour picker for web designers and webmasters that s easy to use and not dependent on any other software.

If those are your requirements, then look no further than the small and lightweight "pixie". As a portable colour picker, you can use it to find the hex, html or rgb colour of just about anything that is open in your computer. You can then use these values to reproduce the selected color in your favorite programs. Add to that the fact that its less than 10KB in size and sits nicely in the system tray without using any resources at all.
