You can attach images to gmail. but how can you embed the images in your mail body. We show you how, and we show you why it's so easy.
Are you frustrated that gmail web interface allows you to attach images to your messages but does not allow you to actually embed the images within your mail body? Well help is at hand. Let's first understand what you can do by default in google mail.
- You can upload images from your computer and attach them to your message (But this will show images at the bottom of the message body and not within your message as you desire.
- You can upload images to an external image host and then link them in gmail. (But the user will have to click on the images to view them and there is always a possibility that the image host is banned or not accessible for the recipient)
So how do we embed images in Gmail?
Well its a lot simpler than you think. Follow the following steps.
- Log into gmail. Then click settings.Once there, click the last tab named "Labs"
- Scroll down and enable the listing marked "Inserting images". Then click save Changes.

That's it. You can now start to embed images as shown below.
